Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Speka's Terms of Service define the rules for using the Speka AI API — a single OpenAI-compatible endpoint giving developers access to 27 frontier models including DeepSeek, Llama 3.3, Mistral, and FLUX. The terms cover account security, acceptable use, usage-based billing, data handling, output ownership, service availability, and liability limits. Speka does not use your API inputs to train models.

By accessing or using Speka (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secret. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or in violation of the underlying model providers' usage policies. See our Acceptable Use Policy for detail.

Billing. Paid plans renew automatically each month until canceled. Usage beyond your included allowance is billed per the rates published on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Data handling. Speka does not log prompt content or model outputs by default; we retain request metadata (model, token counts, timestamps) for billing and analytics. No Speka system uses your inputs to train or fine-tune any model.

Intellectual property. You retain ownership of your API inputs and, where permitted by the relevant model's license, the outputs you receive. Speka claims no rights over your prompts or completions.

Availability. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless covered by a separate SLA.

Liability. The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.

Changes. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
