Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Speka's acceptable use policy governs all API requests sent through a Speka account to any of its 27 supported frontier models — including DeepSeek, Llama 3.3, Mistral, and FLUX. It prohibits generating illegal content, facilitating fraud or harassment, producing large-scale disinformation, creating malware, bypassing rate limits, and reselling raw API access. It also requires users to comply with each underlying model's license. Violations may result in account suspension.
You may not use Speka to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the rights of others.
Prohibited uses include: creating malware, facilitating fraud, generating CSAM or non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, or large-scale disinformation.
Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls — including through key rotation, request flooding, or proxy routing — or to resell raw access in violation of these terms.
Model licenses. Each model accessible through Speka carries its own license that governs downstream use. Some open-weight models permit commercial use; others (for example FLUX.1 [dev]) are licensed for non-commercial use only. Verify the specific model's current license before shipping a revenue-generating product.
Enforcement. We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy. Severe violations result in immediate permanent termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
