You may not use Speka to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the rights of others.

Prohibited uses include: creating malware, facilitating fraud, generating CSAM or non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, or large-scale disinformation.

Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls, or to resell raw access in violation of these terms.

Respect the underlying model licenses and providers' usage policies. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
